This week begins a series of “Hot Topics” Hot topics are messages that you requested. It may be a question you have. It may be a scripture that you want to hear explained. Or it may simply be a topic that you feel deserves attention.
This week's Hot Topic is called “Be Strong in the Lord” It is not so much a question as a topic to be addressed. “How to be strong in who God created you to be.”: It reminds me of Jesus calling Peter to walk out to him on the water. The key is to keep our eyes on Him - Be strong in the Lord! I don’t think this Hot Topic is meant to answer a question that we don’t already know. I think it is meant to be a timely reminder of what we should know and an opportunity to reestablish our focus.
