Corinth is the model for the Spirit-filled church. The two spiritual realities - the heavenly and the earthly reality were constantly clashing in Corinth. This series, the Spirit-filled church, seeks to answer the question, “What is the Spirit-filled church filled with?”
Today we are going to look at how the Spirit fills the church with power. But keep in mind that the Spirit does not define power the way that the world defines power. And it is precisely this change of mind that makes believers so powerful - only not in the way that you might think.The gospel is not only counter to worldly culture, it is against human intuition, but it unites us with each other and with God through the Spirit.
